Provisioning in Cabo

A month after leaving Ensenada we arrived in the Sea of Cortez.  Two weeks into this trip it was obvious we grossly underestimated the amount of beer and groceries two people consume when there is no grocery stores or restaurants available.  The west coast of the Baja is a lonely place with very few places to stop in a cruising boat and fewer places with places to provision. So arriving in Cabo San Lucas we smarted up, rented a car, and went grocery shopping. Two groaning full carts and almost $500 US later we were properly provisioned and prepared to slowly make our way up the 150 nautical mile stretch of coast to La Paz.
